Project: Valaclava

Valaclava was a phygital fashion label that explored how technology, craft, and community reshaped the fashion experience. The brand developed three highlight collections: Infinity, a core system of base garments designed to be endlessly adapted; a Call of Duty® partnership drop, merging gaming culture with digital fashion; and Road to Vabylon, presented at On|Off’s “This Is For Real” during London Fashion Week, where physical pieces were shown alongside their live-streamed digital avatars in the metaverse.

 

I played a central role across concept development, collection and graphic design, digital strategy, supply chain innovation and community engagement. The brand introduced NFC authentication, NFT-linked garments, and made-to-order processes, while also shaping the brand narrative and building a community-driven ecosystem around it. Through these collections and innovations, Valaclava became a case study in how fashion can be more transparent, interactive, and future-facing.
